The Mosaic concept was created in 2023 by 

a team of experienced pharmacists.

Together, these pharmacists bring over 60 years of clinical experience in caring for their patients in a variety of settings. 

At Mosaic, we know that marginalized patients in particular are deeply affected by the healthcare crisis in Nova Scotia. 

We want to ensure health equity for all patients to access quality healthcare.
