Our pharmacists are trained and equipped to perform to our full scope of practice and to help with your healthcare needs in any way we can.
As of February 2026, what we can do has expanded, and more is covered by your Nova Scotia health card.

Spring vaccine campaigns - RSV and COVID vaccines
The Spring COVID campaign is live, and appointments are available through the provincial Canimmunize booking system. Supplies are currently limited, and we are unable to take in walk-ins for now.
RSV vaccine is also available for Nova Scotians over 75, by appointment or walk-in.
If you had the flu vaccine in late 2025, you're covered until Fall 2026 when the new flu vaccine will become available.

Shingles, Pneumonia, and Meningitis Vaccines
These vaccines are also available at no charge for eligible Nova Scotians. Shingles and Pneumococcal vaccines are provided for Nova Scotians over 65, and Meningitis B vaccine is available for certain groups.
We recommend booking through Public Health by clicking the link below. We may also be able to accomodate walk-ins for these vaccines, depending on how busy we are at the time; feel free to check at the pharmacy!

Compounding
We are able to prepare many basic compounds by prescription in-house.
Our sister location, Mayflower Pharmacy, has all the specialized equipment and expertise needed for the entire range of non-sterile compounds. You can choose to contact them directly for those prescriptions, or have us do so on your behalf.
